DEPUTY REGISTERED MANAGER

Location Base:  1 Henry Gill Court, Ellis Street, Carrickfergus BT38 8AX

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Salary Range: £30,684 - £33,525

Starting Salary: £30,684

Duration: Permanent

As Deputy Registered Manager you will ensure the quality-of-service delivery and provision on a daily basis to meet the needs and expectations of service users, carers, stakeholders, and the organisation itself. You will be responsible for line management of the staff based in the service as well as day to day running of the service, relation to maintaining quality standards administration, service-related financial management, liaison with Statutory Agencies and regulatory bodies.

What we ask for from you:

  • QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care AND be able to work towards a level 5 qualification within the first 18 months as defined by the Domiciliary Care Standards (please see Person Specification for further details on education and experience required).
  • Two years recent experience in a supervisory role in a health and social care setting.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the social care needs and issues faced by people with mental health illness or mental health difficulties.
  • Can demonstrate previous experience of managing resources within a service setting.
  • Be able to demonstrate flexibility in working hours for a 24-hour service including waking night, sleepovers and weekends
  • Be registered with or eligible for registration with NISCC
