Our Talking Therapies Practice offers individuals a range of psychological interventions which support recovery journeys and initiate personal discovery.

Our Talking Therapies Practice offers individuals a range of psychological interventions (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, counselling and coaching) which support recovery journeys and initiate personal discovery.

We offer 6 one to one sessions. The main aim of the sessions is to identify and meet your individual needs and subsequently support you to achieve your full life’s potential.

Our support enables you to:

  • Understand their issues and responses
  • Recognise the impact of behaviours on self and others
  • Clarify goals and actions
  • Tap into existing skills and experience
  • Move forward with your life
  • Improve your emotional health and wellbeing

 

Our Talking Therapy is for adults aged 18+.

How to access MindWise Talking Therapy

 

If you would like to access our Talking Therapies Service, and live in the Greater Lisburn and Dunmurry areas of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (SEHSCT) area, please contact your GP who will begin the referral process with you.

If you live outside this area of the SEHSCT, you should be able to access similar type services via your GP. We also provide self-referred therapy sessions for a fee, which can be discussed further on enquiry.

To enquire about privately funded sessions please contact MindWise by phoning us on 028 9040 2323 or using the contact form. If you are experiencing any sort of emotional difficulties, we would recommend that you contact your GP for initial support.
