Managing money and your mental health through the Covid-19 pandemic

Thu, 27 - August - 2020

The Covid-19 pandemic means more people are likely to be affected by both mental health and money problems. As part of #CovidWellbeingNI, all next week our Mental Health & Money Advice service will be sharing their tips on managing your money and what to do if you need help.

MindWise deliver the Mental Health and Money Advice service in Northern Ireland as part of Mental Health UK.  Visit the website at www.mhma.org.uk.

The Mental Health and Money Advice team advice team also offer support and casework by phone to anyone affected by mental health and money problems, whether that's you, a friend or family member or someone you care for.  They can help you with benefits, debts, utilities and more. Call them on freephone on 0808 8010373 and choose option 1 for Northern Ireland.

Follow our tips all this week on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages using the #CovidWellbeingNI hashtag. And read our advice on managing your money through the Covid-19 pandemic at the CovidWellbeingNI website.
