Location: Blended home and office-based working; based at MindWise Head Office, Belfast.

Hours: 22.5 (flexible working patterns available)

Duration: Permanent

Starting Salary: £17,602.20

Provide leadership and management to the Corporate Services team providing a range of administrative support including maintaining, monitoring, reviewing and developing existing and new corporate services and administrative systems, to support the central and organisational infrastructure of the Organisation.

Actively representing the values of passion, respect, empathy and openness and transparency, setting, and reinforcing the standard for positive behaviours at all levels.   

The MindWise Competency Framework outlines the behaviours that are essential to effective performance. The Competencies relevant to these roles are set out for everyone and in Level 2 of the Framework for this post.

What we ask for from you:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of coordinating administrative functions, office systems or corporate services support within a busy organisational setting.
  • Must be able to demonstrate at least one year’s experience of managing staff.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of developing, maintaining or improving administrative processes, records management systems, reporting arrangements or service support procedures.
  • Experience of monitoring, reporting or evidencing performance against key measures, quality standards, risk requirements or organisational objectives.
  • Ability to work flexibly across Head Office and organisational priorities, and to travel throughout Northern Ireland as required. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
  • Ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise’s core values of Passion, Respect, Empathy, Togetherness, Openness & Transparency.
