Tenancy Support Worker

TENANCY SUPPORT WORKER (HOUSING)

Location Base:  North Down and Ards Area

Positions Available: 2

Hours: 18 Hours per week (shift pattern to be discussed with successful candidate.)

Salary Range: £24,472 - £25,108

Starting Salary: £11,746.56

Duration: Fixed Term until 28th February 2028

Closing date: 12 noon, Thursday 4th December 2025

All our roles make a positive impact on the lives of others; the purpose of this role is to:

Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the North Down & Ards area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.

What we ask for from you:

  • Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity.

OR

Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting.

  • To be willing to work flexibly which may include days & evenings and participate in the on call rota
  • NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role
