We're looking for Associate Training Facilitators

Invitation for Expression of Interest

 Role: Sessional Training Facilitator

Location: Various locations across Northern Ireland

Shift Pattern: Flexible Hours based on needs of department

Rate per Session: £50 per hour delivery (includes travel and prep time)

Closing Date: 12 noon, Wednesday 22nd October 2025

  • Providing a range of services, including but not limited to, providing bespoke training packages, coaching & mentoring, internationally recognised qualifications, advice & information.

The role involves:

  • Delivery of bespoke training packages to organisations, including Senior Managers, HR professionals, managers and employees as and when required.
  • Keep up to date with issues affecting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Research and keep abreast of best practice in supporting employers to promote mental health in the workplace.
  • Prepare activity to be delivered.
  • Deliver per the requirement of the customer and as agreed with the WorkWise Manager.
  • Update and refresh materials, including session plans; PowerPoints and training activities to ensure they are meeting the needs of the customer and have been agreed with the WorkWise Manager.
  • Ensuring timely returns of completed evaluations and required information.
  • Work in accordance with MindWise Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure the Safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
  • Ensuring the ongoing confidence of the customers.
  • Working with computer packages including email, internet and PowerPoint.

Essential Requirements for Consideration:

  • To hold a relevant training qualification.
  • Have knowledge of the issues affecting employees that have an impact on wellbeing.
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience of developing sessions plans and delivering training.
  • Have experience of liaising with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for delivery of training.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekend work.
  • Access to a car or other transport for business purposes.

Proof of current registration, insurance and training will be required before commencement of any sessional work.

The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced NI check with Barred check list, at a cost of £32 to the candidate.
