Client Central is our new Client Advisory Forum, created to ensure that people who use our services, and those who care for them, have a meaningful voice in shaping our charity’s work. The forum brings together clients and carers from across our services to share insights, highlight priorities, and influence strategic decisions. Members of Client Central help us understand what matters most to the people we support and play a key role in guiding improvements, campaigns, and future plans.
Any current client or carer in our services can express interest. Representatives meet several times a year and work alongside our Client Engagement team to ensure lived experience is at the centre of everything we do.
Client Central exists because we believe the voices of our clients matter. By sharing real experiences and perspectives, members help us create services that are more responsive, inclusive, and impactful.
Client Central is already playing a vital role in developing our new organisational strategy, ensuring that the voices of clients and carers directly influence our future direction, priorities, and ambitions.
