Step 1 – Complete online form

Step 2 – We will contact you to discuss specific requirements

We will find out from you what ways you would like to support your staff and how we can tailor the package to include an Employee Assistance Programme. We will discuss the key challenges that your staff are encountering in the workplace, demographics of your staff teams and specific issues that they are dealing with.

Step 3 – Signing an Agreement

Once we have agreed the details, we will send an agreement which covers a 12-month period with agreed plans and costs. We will also ask for invoicing details and advise how employees can be referred to the service under your organisational agreement. We offer a minimum of 7 sessions of counselling/CBT which includes an assessment in the initial meeting session. We will also include a cancellation policy and how we can support the promotion of the service to your staff.
