Kilkeel Sponsored Walk Raises Over £700

The Tenants at The Forge have all been doing their part to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and there was much deliberation on whether the walk would take place this year. 

The drive and motivation of the tenants urged us to consider a local route this year. On Friday 14th August tenants put their walking shoes on and completed their 17th Annual walk, everyone enjoyed the day and accomplished their annual goal yet again despite barriers and they raised a fabulous amount of £795. 

Given the recent retirement of Paddy Quinn this year, his 17th year working with MindWise, I have the pleasure of announcing a name change to our sponsored walk in the coming year to "The Paddy Quinn Annual Sponsored Walk".
