We're looking for a Head of Income Generation

Location:  Blended home and office working, based at head Office, Belfast, with travel throughout NI and occasionally ROI and UK

Salary Range: £44,558 - £47,741

Hours: 37.5 hours

Duration: Permanent

Provide overall leadership and management of Income Generation and the provision of quality business development and income generation systems and processes. The Head of Income Generation will

• Lead on Income Generation strategies in support of our overarching Business Plan
• Proactively support the strategic direction of the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Actively representing the values of passion, respect, empathy, togetherness and openness and transparency, setting and reinforcing the standard for positive behaviours at all levels

What we ask for from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience working in an Income Generation role at a senior level
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of leading and managing a high performing team
• Able to demonstrate experience in planning for and securing funding applications and/or tenders that result in sustainable organisational growth.
• Able to demonstrate experience of leading on Income Generation strategies in support of an overarching business plan
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of developing, monitoring and controlling budgets, aiming to secure best value
