We're looking for a Community Support Worker

Community Support Worker 22/REC/636


Location:  Antrim/Ballymena Areas

Starting Salary: £11,323.25

Hours: 22 hours

Duration: Fixed Term until March 2023

Closing date: 12 noon, Tuesday 5th July 2022

Job Purpose:

  • To improve the lives of people experiencing severe mental health difficulties.
  • To encourage and support active participation of service users underpinned by the Recovery model.

What we ask for from you:

  • GCSE/O level grade C or above in English & Maths or equivalent
  • Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support to people with a mental illness either in a paid or voluntary position.


       Demonstrate a minimum of 1 years experience of providing support in a paid or        voluntary capacity in another care setting.

  • Able to demonstrate good written communication skills.
  • Willing and able to work public holidays and lone work when required.
  • Be registered with or eligible for registration with NISCC
