This group is open to all Carers, Family members, Relatives and Supporters who care for someone with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder and lives within the Northern Trust Areas or accesses the Personality Disorder Service.
We aim to provide a supportive space for carers to think about their own wellbeing, to use the space to express their thoughts and feelings. You'll get some time for yourself, and you can benefit from holistic treatments like massage, as well as practical support like money advice.
