Owning our story - MindWise Annual General Meeting 2022

Fri, 28 - October - 2022

We invite you to participate in our Annual General Meeting on 24th November 2022, followed by the launch of our, "WiseMoves" film project with a keynote speech from Mental Health Champion, Professor Siobhán O'Neill.

"WiseMoves" is a film project undertaken in partnership with esc films. Throughout this last year, we held a series of workshops, interviews, and discussions with our clients, staff, members, and volunteers to draw out, on film, what people have learned through living alongside Covid. As a result, we have discovered what helps to create a fulfilling life, what helps strengthen resilience, what hinders recovery, and what aids discovery and recovery. We also recognized that “When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending.” (Brené Brown).

The "WiseMoves" films will inspire, motivate, challenge, and at times bring a tear to your eye.  We look forward to sharing them with you.

I sincerely hope you will join us virtually for our AGM - as mental health and wellbeing is everyone's business.

Please click the link below to register.  Please RSVP by 17th November 2022.

I look forward to seeing you then,

Tom Haire, Chair of Board of Trustees
