Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. We're Investors in Volunteers, and provide all our volunteers with a comprehensive volunteer induction, as well as ongoing support.

Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. We're Investors in Volunteers, and provide all our volunteers with a comprehensive volunteer induction, as well as ongoing support. You’ll also benefit from training, which includes:

  • Safeguarding Adults
  • First Aid
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Lone-working and Personal Safety

We also offer:

  • An extensive training programme which can help as a pathway to employment in Health and Social Care
  • Regular reward and recognition events such as well-being days and volunteer awards 
  • Invaluable experience supporting clients with mental health difficulties across NI
  • An opportunity to build your CV
  • Re-imbursement of out-of pocket expenses
  • An opportunity to be part of a team
