Why join MindWise?

As a member of MindWise, you will have a real influence in how we operate.

Our members steer us in the right direction

Our members vote for our trustees, so you have a real say in what we do and how we do it. Our members can also become trustees. Learn more about who our trustees are.

Our members are our voice

Members drive our lobbying and campaigning. As a MindWise member, you have the opportunity to influence our work through polling on hot topics that affect people in Northern Ireland.

Our members can be actively involved

As a member, you’ll be invited to our Annual General Meeting where you can vote on our trustees, as well as hear what we’ve been up, and what’s coming up. Our AGMs are a fantastic opportunity to meet our staff and volunteers. Many of our members also become more actively involved with our work through volunteering and fundraising.

We keep in touch

Our members receive a monthly newsletter with everything that’s going on at MindWise, as well as opportunities to get involved.

Who can become a member?

In short- anyone can become a member of MindWise. It doesn’t matter how old you are, or what you do. You might be someone who lives with a mental illness, a carer, a friend or family member, someone who works in healthcare, a student or just someone who’s interested in mental health.
