Volunteering with MindWise has given me a purpose”

Without our volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to run many of the activities that support people across Northern Ireland in their recovery from mental illness.  If you can spare a few hours a week, or a few a month, there’s more ways to volunteer at MindWise than you think!

We’ve got something for everyone, including befriending, arts and crafts, events and administration and gardening. No matter what you can offer, you will be making a difference every day in the lives of people affected by mental illness.

We actively encourage applications from people who have lived experience of mental health issues.

Last year our volunteers gave 11,834 hours of their time
That's 483 days!
